Dr. Laura Presnick is a miracle worker! I called to see if they had appointments available for new patients because I have lower back pain. They gave me a same day appt. I have lower back pain and have had for some time now (roughly 10 years). I've went to my PCP, urgent care, ER and no one has been able to help with my pain without pain meds. literally after only one visit I feel soooo much better. Its been three weeks since I've been able to stand up straight, and honestly after just my initial visit, I feel so much better! Dr. Laura Presnick was very gentle and very informative about every move, this is huge for people that have anxiety. extremely informative, caring, gentle and just all around an amazing person. I cannot wait to go again for my next appointment. The receptionist was great too, she explained how their office works as its a little different. Asked if i had any questions and walked me through the new patient paperwork. This office is truly amazing. You really notice when people genuenaly care about you, and I truly feel cared about with this Dr.

Pros:-Treatment is very efficient-The notifications for upcoming appointments are timely and well done.-When arriving, logging in is quick.Cons:-The waiting room is very small and can get crowded-Probably the main con is the aggressive selling of various items. My experience largely left a negative taste in my mouth. My comment of "let me think it over" when offered about expensive treatment ($400) was overruled by the chiropactor who lectured me and I was uncomfortable. Even things like taping up feet to help with arches is an extra $20. I did not feel comfortable with all the selling, and this was the first chiropactor I've met who did so. I started going to Dr. Bruce for a herniated disc in my lower back. I could not walk or stand up straight due to the pain. He did an incredible job at pinpointing my problems and doing the correct adjustments to improve my mobility, and quality of life. I started seeing him In February and it is now September, and I no longer need surgery due to the progressive improvements done in part by Dr. Bruce. I continue to see him as a preventative measure. I highly encourage everyone to come to this chiropractic office. They have amazing staff, and doctors who strive to improve your everyday life.
