Painless Trigger Point
“I went to see Raj on a whim after desperately seeking relief from my knee pain. I had recently injured myself, but didn’t seem to be getting better. After a reassuring phone call with Raj, I booked my session in hopes of finding relief from pain but, more importantly, regaining a full range of motion in my knee. Raj was quite knowledgeable and provided me with substantial insight into the CNS and muscular tightness. Immediately after my 90-minute session with Raj, I was able to sit down and stand up with less pain, less tightness, and less discomfort. I wasn’t expecting much, but I left feeling relieved and like I'd gotten my life back. I also attended his virtual session, where he teaches you the technique himself so you can continue to sustain your progress, and I have been able to reach almost the full range of motion in my knee. I highly recommend Raj and his services! He is extremely nice and will put your needs first. It is quite pricey, and his schedule isn’t the most flexible, but if you can make the time, you won’t regret it.”
