Shawn is a life saver!! We dealt with our first issue with Lice and I freaked out. I called Shawn and left a message, she texted me right away and told me her availabilities. I treated my daughter that night I found out she had Lice and Shawn gave me advice on what to do and what to check for in our house. We still made an appointment with her so she could treat my daughter and make sure all those buggers were out. Went there a bit over a year ago as I was concerned about recently being around people with head lice. My head had been itchy and I told her this when I made the appointment. She mixed up a very pleasant concoction, kinda smelled like lavender, and put it on my head. The concoction helped slow down adult lice so she could find them, but none were found, nor any nits. She was fast and discreet and funny--definately someone to put you at ease.
