-walking you to her suite
-providing drinks & snacks for you
-offering complimentary services such as a hot towel for your head

“I'm so glad I found Hannah. I have super long fine straight hair. It should be easy to cut straight across and add some face framing pieces. It's surprising how hard it is to find someone who cuts my hair well. And when I do they charge $100 give or take. Plus I have 3 kids, so haircuts add up. Hannah's prices are really reasonable and she does a great job, quickly. She gave my 6 yr old daughter the CUTEST a-line bob. Most kids spots bobs are blunt, like a kids bob is acceptably lesser just because they are kids. Hannah's bob is just as cute as it would be on a woman.“

I rarely get my hair cut at a salon because I have long straight hair and every time I go to a salon they butcher it. At The Shop they listen and they don’t cut any more than you want cut. My daughter is super picky and particular about her hair being almost 12 years old and all but even she was impressed by the cut. It was very affordable. They even have a claw machine in the lobby that has fidget toys and all of the money goes to the animal shelter. It’s a great salon with great people and great prices. I would definitely recommend.“

I live closer to Supercuts so I went there, but I arrived five minutes late for my appointment, and was yelled at by some employee after I repeatedly tried to apologize for being late. Drove to great clips and I didn’t even wait. Five minutes and I was welcomed right away and met with friendly staff at great clips versus the miserable crows at Supercuts. Even though it’s further drive to great clips, I will continue to patronize them based on their talented, friendly, engaging staff. !“
