Finding Candice, the owner of Heart & Soul, was like striking gold in the hair care department. She has expertly cut and colored my hair for 5+ years now. When I get blow outs at other locations (I travel a long way to get to Candice) the stylists repeatedly tell me how great my color is. If all of the above isn’t enough, she is a fantastic person - warm, funny, interesting, and wise beyond her years.

I'm so happy to meet a new stylist in a perfect Petaluma downtown salon and location. (I lost my last Petaluma stylist when they moved so far away I couldn't follow.) I got highlights and a cut with Shanna with products that felt really wonderful for my delicate, fine hair. I loved how silky my hair felt and the cut and color was so well done to follow the footsteps from my previous services, I have to share this praise. I am now a new client of Shanna's and the Heart and Soul salon is like heaven with great street parking.

You need to go!! What an adorable little place in the heart of Petaluma. I have been going to Shanna for a while now and she is amazing! Prices are always fair, and she consults you to her highest recommendation, and personal opinion- not to mention she matches my short hair to my extensions perfectly when needed. I drive 45min to go to this salon, and to specifically go to Shanna. I couldn't recommend anyone any higher!
