-sending a welcome guide
-sending a form for you to pick out what kind of appointment you want before hand (quiet, yapping, you name it)
-walking you to her suite
-providing drinks & snacks for you
-offering complimentary services such as a hot towel for your head

And at the end of the day she’s a hairstylist that truly listens to you and what you want for your hair.

“I'm so glad I found Hannah. I have super long fine straight hair. It should be easy to cut straight across and add some face framing pieces. It's surprising how hard it is to find someone who cuts my hair well. And when I do they charge $100 give or take. Plus I have 3 kids, so haircuts add up. Hannah's prices are really reasonable and she does a great job, quickly. She gave my 6 yr old daughter the CUTEST a-line bob. Most kids spots bobs are blunt, like a kids bob is acceptably lesser just because they are kids. Hannah's bob is just as cute as it would be on a woman.“

“Justina recently cut my hair and my daughter’s hair. She was friendly and understanding and she only cut what we asked her to cut. I rarely get my hair cut at a salon because I have long straight hair and every time I go to a salon they butcher it. At The Shop they listen and they don’t cut any more than you want cut. My daughter is super picky and particular about her hair being almost 12 years old and all but even she was impressed by the cut. It was very affordable. They even have a claw machine in the lobby that has fidget toys and all of the money goes to the animal shelter. It’s a great salon with great people and great prices. I would definitely recommend.“
