Today was my first hair appointment with Tracy and all I can say is WOW. I absolutely love the cut and style she gave me. I've been looking for a new look, and when I met Tracy she listened to me and showed an understanding of what I was looking for. She hit it out of the park and I love what she did with my mop, turning it into a stylish, current, easy-to-care for, healthy look. I also love the shop itself. Lots of natural light, stations spaced far apart, light and airy colors, live plants, and background music that don't compete with conversation. Tracy has been doing my hair for years and is very good at her job!! She is excellent at hair coloring and stays up to date with all the latest trends. She is thoughtful and careful and doesn’t rush through the haircut. She takes the time to make sure you get exactly the cut you came in for and makes any adjustments needed. Tracy is great! She listens to what you want and then delivers. I get many compliments on my hair. I have been going to Tracy for about 17 years now which is the longest I have gone to any stylist by far. I even drive from SF to Petaluma for her services!
