I was really hesitant to pay $85 for a shampoo and blow dry because I am almost always disappointed, but Ka'lo is 100% worth it!! I have really thick, coarse, 3b/3c hair that goes to my mid-back, and I am just almost universally disappointed by every hair service I receive. I've spent $40 and $250 for cuts, blowouts, styling, etc and have never really noticed any difference in quality. Cuts are always just okay, blowouts are sufficient, but not really impressive. Everyone usually passively complains about how much hair I have and I can tell they don't really want to work on it. It comes through in the final product.

Amelia Reed is an absolute gem! I am so excited to have found her and she will be my hairstylist as long as she is around. She is able to work with reds and make me look well below my years (the greys are putting up a fight), but she is even able to do amazing work with my young daughters hair.
