We had a 10-star experience with Gregory Rocha and his team. We purchased a house in 2014 and had an enormous backyard to tackle. Overgrown mini-jungle, fence was falling, random pieces of concrete everywhere. We knew the space had potential and wanted to make it look good. We tried to contact a few construction companies but got the runaround. When it came time to meet with Rocha Construction & Earthworks, the boss himself showed up and was very professional. He suggested things we hadn't even thought of. We knew we wanted a garden space for vegetables, an above-ground pool, a gazebo, a pizza oven, and a deck. Our budget was modest, and the timeline was tight. Rocha not only came in at budget, but did an amazing job. We are very happy and will be using them again for our extension. I will add that they are very dependable and showed up on time and never left the work site without cleaning up. I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism and care they gave our project.
I can't begin to tell you how much this crew, led by Dr. Linda Amezcua and Dr. Michelle Croom, have done to help my pets over the years, both in routine situations and dire situations. Intelligent, patient, compassionate, sometimes inventive to help an animal and the human that loves them. Extraordinary talent in a very rural setting. They don't need rave reviews because the locals keep the pressure on them pretty constantly. They instinctively care very much about outcomes, and they tell you their honest opinions. Just what you need.
Audrey is not only a wonderful person, but also an incredibly trustworthy and experienced professional. I don’t trust many people to look after my dogs, but I always feel completely at ease when my fur babies are with her. She’s cared for them while I’ve traveled, and I was able to truly enjoy my time away knowing they were in the absolute best hands.
More recently, they’ve joined her weekly dog outings and I couldn’t speak more highly of her services. My pups come home happy and sleepy, and they are always SO excited to see her when she arrives to pick them up for their next adventure with their doggy friends.
Audrey is kind, communicative, and sends the sweetest updates and photos. She genuinely loves the dogs she cares for, and I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you, Audrey!!
From the first phone call to the final installation, once again we had excellent service from Simms. The office staff was knowledgable and responsive. Replacement of our old water heater required maneuvering in a tight space and narrow doorways. They took care to protect flooring and millwork. The final installation was very professional. Pricing was reasonable. In short, our experience with Simms is every thing you would hope for from a locally owned company with decades of experience.
