“A-Friggin-Mazing!!! After contacting many many agencies only to find that most have a very broad, cookie cutter approach to treatment I was left feeling daunted. Almost like, is it even worth the effort, time and expense? Are my needs going to be addressed as an individual? One more over the phone quote for $6,000 and I just might blow my brains out! (That's a joke, please don't flag my review). So that's when I found Jenée at North Bay Laser. She was friendly, informative, and most of all an actual human who understands that I, as well, am a human and not just another number to be crunched. She set me up with Hugo, a nurse on staff. Our session went great. He was easy to talk to, professional, and attentive. I had a few concerns throughout and when I brought them to his attention he was quick to accommodate or explain in detail why he was doing things in a certain way. I have had experiences in the past where I was afraid to express doubts for fear that I would receive inferior service for doing so. Not the case here. I am just beginning this journey and I have a long way to go. I will undoubtedly be spending a lot of money along the way. I feel better spending it at North Bay Laser, that's for sure. A little patience and empathy goes a long way. Today is a good day and I can thank Hugo and Jenée at North Bay for that. Thanks peeps!“

“First time here I made a last minute appointment on a Thursday afternoon. Place was clean and calming. Technicians were nice. I hadn’t had a mani/pedi in a long time and I was so happy that they were careful and spent a long time cleaning up my cuticles! That is one of the most important parts of a mani/pedi in my personal opinion, so I was so pleasantly surprised because some places are not as thorough with that.
