Roland was recommended to me and my husband by one of our most well-researched, financially aware and trustworthy friends. There was no way I could have navigated this current housing market--in my hometown--without Roland. When banks were assuring rates would drop, he was ten steps ahead and jumped to lock a rate for us, just one day before rates significantly increased. On top of this, Roland also introduced us to the most phenomenal real estate agent, Monica Mao. All I can say is WOW! My husband and I were first-time home buyers, and we were looking to buy a home during a rough housing market climate.
