I thought I could beat the system and work an owner occupied situation that would've saved me $200 per month. “Yes, I did it again! I had refinanced my home in August and I also accomplished something I had been putting off for years. I put my daughter on the title. I had 2 sets of loans as I had taken out a loan for my daughter's education. After the loan was completed, Kenji suggested that we revisit rates, in a few months.
