I have had two occasions to work with Preston Howard and I was beyond impressed with how he helped me through the process. The first time he helped me with a real estate loan for a conservatorship that was rather straight forward. He was very communicative and let me know exactly what was needed. The next time we had a very difficult issue arise with a real estate loan on a complicated conservatorship matter that took months to resolve due to the fact we had to get a clearance from the IRS.
