Michael was absolutely fantastic. He repaired multiple major issues with my Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, as well as my Viking oven and hood — all of which had been giving me trouble for months. He showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the problems, and worked efficiently to get everything running perfectly again.
What really stood out was his honesty and professionalism. He clearly explained what needed to be done, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary parts or services, and his pricing was extremely fair — especially considering the high-end appliances involved.

I had my dryer fixed by A‑best appliance in West Hollywood. They were easy to reach and Eric came out quickly. He told me he replaced a faulty part and tested the dryer. The service felt professional and the price was fair but the only small gripe was the technician showed up a bit later than the estimated window. Still, I’m impressed with their work
