I made an appointment with them in advance and had them confirm my appointment several times during the week . Today was my appointment and I was next in line when they called me to say they don’t have the parts needed and wanted to reschedule me . Very unprofessional behavior as they had plenty of time to figure that out so I did not have to take the day off . Supervisor is rude as well. I asked to get the service fee waived as a courtesy for last minute cancelation and he responded in a rude uncaring way that they can’t and won’t . Unprofessional business overall , and they did not apologize even once !
