“I took both of my cats there and it was honestly an amazing experience. It was so clean in there and smelt so good! One of my cats had dental surgery and it was only a little over 1000 dollars when I was previously quoted (another vet) 5-10 thousand dollars. They are so kind in there and even kept my other cat over night for free so he can have his teeth cleaning. Literally the best vet ever love them soooo much!”
“First time visit for a rehab consult and Dr Lam and her staff are very thorough, answers all questions, and transparent about pricing. Recommend for anyone curious to at least try a consult.”
“We were searching for a new veterinarian for our family and were referred to this office by Norwalk City Hall. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for.
The entire team—Enola and Evelyn at the front desk, Alaina, the veterinary assistant, and Dr. Park—were attentive, compassionate, and genuinely invested in addressing our needs. Their level of care goes beyond providing excellent veterinary services; it’s clear they truly prioritize the well-being of both their patients and their families.
The office is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and inviting. The music and warm smiles from the staff create a comfortable and positive atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
If you’re looking for a veterinary office that combines professionalism, compassion, and outstanding care, I highly recommend this practice. They truly make you feel like you’re in good hands. We know our cat , will be well cared for here!”
