Brain came to our home to diagnose a problem we were having with an older computer. We were very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and reliability. About two months later we decided to replace our computer with a new one. Brian was very honest and offered to give us his opinion on any computer we decided to buy, no pressure to buy from him. In the end we decided to go with one of the computer systems that Brian felt would suit our needs. He set up and installed the new computer and transferred all our data. “Age old story of a dying computer and wondering if it was worth repairing. I called Fast Teks and the owner, Kevin, talked me through some options and I decided to ask for service. The tech who came was just great, resuscitated the old machine and I am still using it. The guy, John, helped install a new program I hadn't gotten around to loading. I am not an expert, I have no idea what he did, but I am happy it is still working. Fees were fair, the tech was superb, kind, helpful--and never made me feel like an idiot. I would call them again, though I hope I don't have to.”
