Please don't go here!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. They had me waiting 4/5 hours with my 5 month old for her shots. They attended everyone except us and when I went to check outside for help the doctor was sitting very comfortably in her office across from us, so I ask her if she's almost on her way and she responds with an attitude.. Uuhkay lady. They hear my daughter crying she was the youngest there. I waited a bit more as she said she'd be there in a bit, so I waited another 30 minutes and checked again and guess where she was. Yeah. Still sitting where she last was. They were assigned as my primary through medi-cal and I've never once seen the doctor or been there because they have never once answered the phone! So impossible to even make an appointment

PLEASE for the love of god change the wait message. I’m waiting to schedule an appointment with the scheduling department and LITERALLY every 5 seconds the message comes to tell me that all of the representatives are busy. I have a migraine and this message every 5 seconds is not helping even a little bit.
