The staff at this clinic are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They take immense responsibility in caring for their patients. In particular, the main girl at the front office in suite c has a wonderful attitude—she is consistently helpful, not just to me, but to every patient I’ve seen her interact with.

I know many complaints focus on the front desk not answering phone calls immediately, but trust me, these staff members manage an incredible workload behind the scenes. They work hard and do everything they can within their capacity, and they certainly do not deserve to be treated poorly or yelled at.

Rude receptionist that answer the phone. Been a longtime patient and was discouraged by the receptionist who I informed I was pregnant and needed to see a doctor. The receptionist did not care she was still rude like it’s so hard to answer the phone I’m sure she didn’t need a degree for that. Because of her I will be changing doctors. I’ve never been discounted by a receptionist who prolly would like to leave early for the day so she is turning away long time patients such a shame. Sh was very rude as if sitting down and answering the phone is hard she may need to seek other employment.

I have never experienced such unprofessional service from a medical office. I’ve been trying to get in contact with Roy Medical Group for over a week now, calling more than 30 times, and not once has anyone answered the phone. It doesn’t matter what time of day I call, there’s no response and no way to get help. For a medical group, this is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of concern for their patients. If they can’t even answer the phone, I can only imagine how poorly they handle actual care. Absolutely terrible experience — I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be filling a complaint and taking the phone records to my lawyer.
