One patient had a negative experience with Dr. Dora Norris, feeling judged and distressed by her approach. This experience contrasted sharply with the positive interactions they had with Dr. Mohammad and the ER doctor who contradicted Dr. Norris's diagnosis.
This is the worst medical center I've ever been to. If you have an appointment they'll take you in 30 minutes after the scheduled time and any bloodwork done takes weeks to receive the results. I've been trying to get my tuberculosis results since July and still haven't received them!
EDIT- 2026 to say that Ellen Gurey is an amazing doctor/PAC. She’s the most consistent care since my last review for both me & my son. She’s thorough & cares!!
(Original 2024) Front & back office are great. My child's pediatrician is great. Dentistry also great.
I personally have been through 4 primary care providers in 1 year. They come & they quit- quickly. I have no continuous care. It’s difficult to constantly start over.
Horrible place not only did it take long to get a appybut I had got a referral for a MRI came back abnormal been going on two months and still haven’t got a call I keep making phone appointments and they don’t call me and message me as if I canceled or didn’t make it !!!! Save your insurance benefits and go else where even the lobby feels nasty !
