I called for service on a Saturday. Not only were they able to come over the same day but showed up within a half hour. The technician JC was polite and thorough. He explained what he had gone through and the trouble shooting process. I was so happy he was able to find out our plumbing issue and we were able to proceed with our irrigation issues. Alvarez plumbing will be our only plumbing company in the future!
Technician was friendly and diagnosed the problem. Lost stars for the lady on the phone. This place is not 24hrs. Not technically. They are 8am to 3pm. Do not expect response outside of those hours and DO expect a hearty “after hours” fee.
I have to tell you that Frank is such a nice and reasonable person and he always responded to me very quickly by text and phone. I had a large slab leak in my house and I was referred to them through the home warranty company during the process of repairing the leak, we ran into several glitches as far as where to turn the water off and kinks in the line, and he was really dedicated and persistent, and made me feel very comfortable because he was so certain that the job was gonna get finished and he did a really really fantastic job. Everything looks fantastic and I always felt like I was in really good hands so I appreciate that.
