For something I was dreading to do, Dane, the gentleman who was attending to us, made the experience very pleasant. He was kind, patient, and when my oxygen thing came off my finger, he was on it making sure it was back on and secure. I can't say enough about him. He's a good guy and you're lucky to have him. WE were lucky to have him. My only complaint is that my room was freezing, but then DANE made sure I was warm and cozy, even tucking me in burrito style like I do at home.

Had an “in home” sleep study last night. Arrived at their office at 8:00 PM to pick up the equipment and receive instructions from Dane. He was great! He took my insurance information and gave me detailed instructions for hooking up the small monitor to my chest. Slept well in my own bed! Easy peasy!
I had such a great experience with Dane during my sleep study. He made me feel comfortable from the start, explaining everything clearly and putting me at ease. He was attentive and calm throughout the process, which made a big difference. You can tell he really cares, and that made the whole experience so much better. I’m really grateful to have had him as my tech—Dane is awesome!
