I had a very informative visit today with a doctor at desert cities allergy and found that he was extremely well versed capable of knew exactly what to do I was very impressed with the way he worked and with the various tests and other things that needed to be scheduled it's rather new facility nice waiting area everything was very prompt and even though it was a long distance from Palm springs it was definitely worth the drive I believe the company is taking new patients but I would check with your doctor to make sure that's the case or gives the facility a call
I'm not a person who leaves negative reviews but my experience at the La Quinta office was disappointing enough that I felt the need to say something,
This was my second visit and once again, from the moment I walked in, the environment felt unwelcoming! I was not greeted at all. Instead of a simple hello or acknowledgment at check in, a staff member pointed at a wall with a tablet without a smile or courtesy.
I then spent approximately 45 minutes in the waiting room, observing both the front and back office as they avoided eye contact and acted visibly annoyed when asked questions.
