Where do we begin? The facility not clean. Everyone gets the same appointment time and are herded like cattle. The staff could care less. I waited 45 minutes and other people who came in after me were seen before me. When I went to the front desk, they look like I was bothering them and they could care less. They call out my name and ask for my birthdate in front of the whole waiting area.
These reviews seem outdated, I went in expecting the worse and I had a good experience with office staff. I was greeted by the tablet receptionist and asked by another if my paperwork was completed. Both were professional. I was referred by Kaiser for my 1 month old who needs an ear well and was helped by Araceli in medical billing; there was an issue on Kaiser’s end where they didn’t communicate with me that my son was redirected. She apologized and was completely professional about it all. I was ready to record my experience and put me clapping back on YouTube but that wasn’t what I got. This place is a walking HiPPA violation. The ladies in the reception area discuss and talk crap about the procedures patients are getting, while making fun of them. Very unprofessional. Informed me that there was a co pay, but I could not get my cost until after I met with a Doctor.
