My appointment was originally set for the 16th, but I received a reminder telling me it was the 6th. Hmmm. I thought maybe I’d made a mistake. I go there today, the 6th, for the cyst on my eyelid. But first I was run thru some vision testing, while all the while explaining that I have an optometrist that I see yearly. And am in fact due in January. When I do see the ophthalmologist it’s fine. We talk about what needs to be done, and I go back up front to make that appointment. This evening I received 2 emails from them . One telling me my appointment is at 4:10, the other telling me my appointment is at 4:20. At least they have the date right. Additionally, since...read full review
