Dr. Ho is rad and incredibly knowledgable. The rest of the staff is also wonderful. Mia, the assistant, made me feel welcome. Johanna, the optician was super patient with me. Sorry to the front desk girl with the bangs. She was very kind and helpful, but I'm blanking on the name. Her name started with a D.
Everyone here was there to help me and make my experience wonderful while my eyes age with my body.
Also, some of the people who came in are wild, acting confrontational with the people working there. They're trying to help you. We all have stuff goin on, but please be chill.
This is the best optometrist office I’ve been to! The staff was all so nice and knowledgeable. The doctor and optician really took time to explain everything and there’s a large selection of glasses!
My first experience was today. Dr. Ho was wonderful, office staff friendly, knowledgable, prompt. Office was very clean. Up to date equipment. Explanation was clear & detailed.
