Gentle Vinyasa with Cherie: wonderful class and sense of community. I did a drop-in session while visiting the area, and Cherie and other participants made me feel very welcome! The class catered to all abilities and left me feeling calm yet energized.
Heather morgan was SO FABULOUS. She did a private lesson for 10 of us on a girls' trip and it was the highlight of our trip. She was so fun and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend hiring her for a private.
