We did the rounds from reception, intake, lab test, x-ray, medical consultation, logistics planning, and reminders for follow ups, what adverse reactions to look out for, and lot of informative material. Really, these professionals don't run a jewelry store or travel agency where most clients they encounter are happy. That's why it's so amazing how seamless, coordinated and satisfied they seem to help us scardy cats.Just lovely to have this in my hood.
