“This was our third project at our home with Picture Build. Once again, we were not disappointed! What was a problem because of the flooding from excessive rain we keep experiencing in our backyard has finally been controlled. It was tested last week when almost two inches of rain fell in 24 hours. The new wall with a culvert and catch basin worked perfectly. Also the new drain in front of the wall is perfect to eliminate all the water that fell in my backyard. In addition, it looks great. “We first hired Steve and crew to replace a fence on the side of our house, and get rid of a planter and pour concrete to increase the size of the driveway. One of Steve's employees/subcontractors named Dean did the work. He did an amazing job. Super detail oriented, and organized throughout the job. It pretty much came out perfect.Since we were so impressed with this job, we hired Steve again to do some concrete and stucco repair work on the house then paint the exterior. Our house had many cracks, so it was a decent sized job. There were some issues with the visibility of the crack repairs, so Steve came in and redid the stucco on large portions of the house at no cost to us. We were very impressed by this responsiveness.
