We first hired Steve and crew to replace a fence on the side of our house, and get rid of a planter and pour concrete to increase the size of the driveway. One of Steve's employees/subcontractors named Dean did the work. He did an amazing job. Super detail oriented, and organized throughout the job. It pretty much came out perfect.Since we were so impressed with this job, we hired Steve again to do some concrete and stucco repair work on the house then paint the exterior. Our house had many cracks, so it was a decent sized job. There were some issues with the visibility of the crack repairs, so Steve came in and redid the stucco on large portions of the house at no cost...read full review

Excellent contractor, it was a real pleasure to work with Premier Property Developers. The project they did for me was a bedroom addition. It went very easily and efficiently with no significant issues and was finished on time. Steve and his team were professional, efficient and communicative. They were very honest about everything.
