The first time was for cleaning delicate party clothes (with sequins and custom-jewelry buttons), a man's suit, sweater, and a pair of pants with lining. I was pleased with how the clothes turned out - clean and ironed properly, especially with the pants! The dry-cleaning is done off-premise by other family members, so expect the clothes to be treated with the personal attention that is inherent to a family-run business.The second time I used Martini cleaners, I asked for Genny's help to shorten two pairs of bootlegged pants. I was delighted to see the transformation - they had the perfect length and seemed professionally tailored. In my most recent visit, Genny didn't even charge me for replacing a cracked button. Only one item was ever damaged (because another customer had left a red lipstick in a pocket!!) and they did compensate me. “This would be an easy 5-stars if they would upgrade their washers to take card or tap payments. Most other laundromats in the area, including the less nice ones, have at least a few machines you can operate without cash. Not only is this place cash only, it's QUARTERS ONLY. Plus they have signs everywhere about a quarter shortage, that quarters are for customers only, and that they will buy back unused quarters. A lot of folks, myself included, don't carry cash anymore. There is a chase bank a few doors down with ATMs, and then you can get the attendant at the laundromat to swap your 20s for smaller bills, put those in the quarter machine, do your laundry, and then swap your unused quarters for 1s on the way out. A ton of hassle.Otherwise this place is clean and relatively quiet. Staff seems nice. Will give it a second try!“
