Above and Beyond! Wendy the controller called me back, and provided a top notch referral, she took the time to to make sure I was connected appropriately and professionally. I called R&B when two burners on our old gas stove stopped working. I spoke with Wendy who provided an awesome breakdown of the potential repair costs vs. buying a new replacement unit. We'd been putting it off in the hopes to do a bigger kitchen remodel and upgrade and she was able to provide excellent recommendations on what brands are worth the money and which ones to avoid - largely because they have issues and/or do not have service crews who are familiar and able to maintain them. Much more than I was expecting from a short call - especially since Wendy thoughtfully advised that it wouldn't be worth our money to retain their services to repair our old unit. I can be hard to please but Rod did it. He replaced the gaskets on my Viking refrigerator door and freezer drawer and while doing so he noticed that the new refrigerator door gasket was not perfect (which I would never have noticed). Because he wanted it to be perfect he immediately ordered another new gasket and came back later to replace it and adjusted the freezer door gasket (which had moisture problems).
Then he gave me some hints on what to do about the moisture problem that most repair people would not have known.
