Hello Friends and Neighbors - I live in Monterey and recently experienced a leak in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Freaking hero! Had an emergency where the toilet started flushing INTO THE SHOWER TUB and flooding raw sewage all over the bathroom. The pipes of the entire complex were completely backed up due to poor initial installation and lack of upkeep. I may have the worst landlord in the world who didn’t want to spend a cent (it took almost a week for him to even agree to call), but Nicolas advocated on my behalf to at least get the shower, toilet, and sinks working again. It was the hugest literal mess of a job, and he disinfected everything after. I’m off to CVS now for even more bleach, and maybe a flame thrower.
