I got my haircut here as a trim. And although I did get what I was asking for the back is too short and cut really high up. Also I wasn’t asked what shape I wanted the back. So they just cut a big circle and it makes my crown look like a snail shell. My sideburns were also cut and angled for some reason. It was about a 10min haircut and I wish the lady asked more questions and really cared more about the experience, but i guess this is good if you are in a hurry and trust your barber….but for me I need to start giving some more instructions and also let them know to slow down

I went in on the fly tonight and so glad I did! I've been needing an ASAP hair fix, and Lisa was there to promptly greet me. She seated me immediately and did a quick review of my situation and gave me my options, showing and clearly communicating what she would do. It was unfortunate that she was so quick because she was wonderful to talk to! Really and truly, I was so thankful for her tonight. When I walked out of there I felt great and my hair looked so much better and I felt like I could finally take a deep breathe for a second. I will be returning on a bi monthly basis 100% (great prices too!) This place is perfection if you need a fresh cut. Thank you Lisa!
