I was expecting to have a great finish .When I came home and I look at the photo after my hair was done , I notice that Carlos did Not do enough layer on my hair .I called him the next day , he did not answer . I called him again . I explained my concern . I asked hiIf he would add a couple more layers. His response was not friendlyTalking over me and did not offer any solutions . I was hurt and disappointed as a client .NorisService: Haircut

I've been going to Carlos for years! He is an amazing stylist, very professional and kind. He is a perfectionist who takes his time and wants to make sure that your hair is perfect (even if it's a Tuesday!)
