“StretchLab has been my saving grace since back surgery in 2017. I tried so many other therapy type approaches but nothing compared to the long term benefit of stretching. Justin and Christy are amazing stretchologists and very knowledgeable although I have also seen a number of others on occasion and they have all been well trained in stretching techniques. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend you do.“
