“Working with Shear Perfection Landscape & Maintenance Co. was a wonderful experience. Chad, the owner, was very helpful and had some great ideas about the project for my backyard, which needed a total overhaul. He answered all of my MANY questions, sometimes more than once! Every aspect of the project (timelines, cost, process) was clearly communicated, in writing, and I really appreciated that there were no surprises.

Chad introduced me to all of the guys on the crew (Cesar, Romeo, Roberto and David..I apologize if I missed anyone!) and explained who would be doing what. They were all friendly and respectful. Hunter came by at a later date (because of weather issues) to stain/seal the deck and install some of the irrigation equipment. He was also very friendly and professional. “Rogers Landscape re-landscaped our front yard. The ground cover we had installed originally had died, and we wanted a different watering system. They removed the ground cover, installed sod in its place, upgraded plants, added a stepping stone path, and removed and replaced the old irrigation system. Andrew was very helpful with suggestions while also accepting my ideas. The crew was especially hard-working, exceptionally nice, and made changes whenever I asked. We couldn't have had a better experience. The entire project took 5 working days. We now love our front yard, and are happy to say grass and plants are happy and doing well! Robert came out and assessed the problem, provided his recommendation and an overall assessment on the health of the tree. “After many, many months of design and planning, we were introduced to Randy by our landscape designer. As originally planned, the project was well above our budget. Randy and the designer (Geoff Andrews) came over one evening, sat with my wife and I, and helped to find ways to make adjustments and cuts to the original scope to get the project within budget but also to where we would love the end result. We signed a contract that night and Randy got to work the following week. We were doing an entire backyard renovation including pouring all new concrete, removing changes in elevation, and adding an outdoor kitchen. Demo was FAST and if not for nonstop rain, we probably would have been done with the remodel sooner as well. Over the 6 months we worked with Randy, there were a few times where we discussed adjustments to our original plan that he felt incremental cost would drastically improve the quality of the end result and we are SO glad we listened to his advice. There were other times where he felt we had some unnecessary changes and where we could SAVE money. In the end, the additions weren't quite offset by the omissions, but the tradeoffs were well worth it. The end result is a masterpiece and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Randy, Tim, Cowboy Ron, and the entire crew.“

“If you are thinking of doing any landscaping to your property including pool, outdoor kitchen, whatever, My wife and I highly recommend Progressive Landscapes.

The team of Jordan, DJ, Jesus and all their staff have been awesome to work with. They were very responsive to all of our requests and had some great ideas to add in order to provide us with our dream backyard.

Jordan was our initial contact. He was very responsive, punctual and professional. He told us some things that they could do that others said could not be done. And they delivered. My wife was very impressed with his ideas. That evening, we decided we're going with this company.

They started about a week earlier than anticipated. We started working with DJ at this point along with Jesus and his crew. All the staff respected our property. They worked hard staying on track.

DJ kept us updated each step of the way and was on-site several times during the week if not almost daily to check in on progress and keep us updated on what was going on or what the next steps were.

At the completion of the project which included a mini remodel of our pool (tile change, new decking, etc), an outdoor fireplace, and outdoor kitchen, new patio cover, all new concrete patio and walkways, new plants, trees, irrigation, drainage and lights, we were ecstatic with the finished project. The estimate for the project was what we expected with no surprises. We did go slightly over budget but that was our fault for adding features as we progressed.

Overall, we are super happy with our backyard remodel project from beginning to end.“

Scott at the Rocklin location is my go to guy. He's friendly, super knowledgeable and always helpful. Victor their lighting guru is amazing as well. Victor is very professional, helpful and knows lights, water features and outdoor surround sound better then anyone I've ever come across. Then there's Lionel a Manager at the Rancho Cordova location that is an expert un artificial turf. The quality products Site One offers along with their customer service and expertise is unlike any other!!!“
