“We recently built and moved into our new custom home in Folsom, CA. Sean O'Neil designed our custom mad cabinets and walk in closets. He was extremely patient and took utmost care in designing and adding lines to give a distinct look. During the process we asked for some changes and he was very accommodating. He advised us about pro and cons of material and we opted to go with plywood and hard wood (stain quality) doors - even during construction phase and all visitors to our house have admired these. His product quality and workmanship are of extremely high quality and it was a pleasure to work with him and his team that includes his charming wife. Mat, Russell, Roxanne & everyone were helpful throughout the process! A very special thanks for JED for doing such an awesome job refinishing this table, which has been in my family for over 60 years. The table had severe water damage and more, but you cannot tell now! “Before embarking on our bathroom remodel project (replacing tub with a shower stall), I asked around and did some research. It was a busy time for contractors - some wouldn't even give us a bid. After a few calls, we found three who were willing to talk with us and give us a bid for our job.I must say that I was a bit skeptical initially of just how glowing the reviews were for Bradley Builders. Having been through remodels and heard the remodel horror stories of others, it seems that things rarely go that smoothly. But from the very beginning to the very end, it was truly a pleasure to work with the Bradley Builders team. During our initial consultation with JT, he made several recommendations about details of our project that told me he understood what we needed. He was honest about explaining the timeline in terms of how long things would likely take before they were able to start the project. Note - they don't do the design, but have suggestions on designers they have worked with, if you need.While their bid was higher than the other two we received, it was more detailed and we felt was a more honest representation of what we would end up paying for the project. The other two bids were more vague in areas, making it harder to know what things would cost when we actually got started on the project.They were communicative throughout the project. They provided an accurate timeline that had some buffers in it (i.e., they weren't scheduled to be there every day), so that if a particular individual wasn't available on the originally scheduled day, it didn't throw off the entire project schedule. KC, Lowell and all of the subcontractors on the job were good to work with. They were happy to answer our questions and did very good work. We had one small issue with the accent tile (caused by the manufacturer, not the installer). JT paid for an extra tile cleaner to come out and see if they could fix the issue, which they were able to do. We appreciate this extra step to help us resolve an issue that wasn't their fault. So as skeptical as I was in the beginning, now I understand why the reviews for Bradley Builders were so glowing... and have now written one of my own. :-)“

“Artisan, craftsman, trusted professional. That is Leontin Gavris. We just completed another major remodel with him and his sons and could not be more thrilled with our new master bath. We have trusted Galleria Kitchens and Baths for about a decade now (including kitchen, laundry and guest bath remodels, as well as other projects), and will continue to rely on their expertise and skill with any construction in our home. It is rare to find contractors who are honest, show integrity, and take deep pride in their craft. Leontin does not cut corners, and insists on doing things the right way. Nicoletta is a true gem. She has a wonderful eye for space, even in challenging layouts. Her creativity made my wife's vanity space a beautiful reality in our new bath. Nicoletta also knows her materials (marble, tile, etc.) and we've come to rely on her expertise in that area. Most notably, both Nicoletta and Leontin are simply wonderful humans. “Just had our custom cabinetry finished today by Alpine cabinetry and love it. They did our master closet, laundry room, some door fronts in two rooms, and a large custom wall unit in another room. Everything looks great! Will definitely have them out again for the next stage of our build.“

“We hired Perryman painting to paint our kitchen cabinets and our mantle. They did an excellent job. There was great communication from beginning to end. When setting up the job, they were very conscientious about our needs and desired outcomes. They helped with choosing paint color, having a shop match the paint exactly, and they followed through on all of their promises and guarantees. The gentleman, Joe, who painted the cabinets, was very good. He was careful to protect the house with its new wood floors from damage and paint, he sealed off a tented area around the cabinets where he could work, he did a professional job. Joe showed up when he said he would and he did the work just as we liked. I would recommend this company for your home improvement project. A very trustworthy company.“

“We had been searching for a bathroom vanity for quite a while when we contacted Mike at BDG CABINETS. He found us the perfect vanity! And, it included the top and delivery to our house.
