Sebastian fixed my 2018 power recliner — the leg rest had stopped lowering. He was transparent about the diagnosis and pricing upfront, direct about what needed doing, and personable throughout. Efficient work and reasonable pricing with warranty that gives me a peace of mind. Highly recommend.
Sebastian was prompt when contacted. He came the same day to consult & gave a fair repair estimate. He returned within two days and did a fantastic job. He was on time, very professional, explained everything needed to get the sofa/recliner back in tip top condition. He was also very friendly and left the site clean. I highly recommend him for any furniture repair. Rating A++
