I’m so glad I contacted Sebastian when my Mom’s lift recliner started acting up. He called me promptly, diagnosed the problem using our conversation and a few photos and scheduled an appointment within the week. Our La-Z-Boy recliner needed some work on it. I've had La-Z-Boy warranty subcontractors out previously and have not been overly satisfied with their work. Sebastian was quick to respond to my inquiry and got me on his schedule within a day or two. He was prompt at the scheduled time and he was very professional. He's a master at recliner repair and had our chair working as good as new in no time at all. His prices are very reasonable and his work is excellent.
