“We hired Kitchen Mart to do a quartz counter installation with new backsplash. We hired separate contractors to change out the electrical outlets and upgrade our existing cabinets. Kitchen Mart did a great job. These are very skilled craftsmen so we have no issues whatsoever with the quality of work. They came on time, cleaned up their mess and completed the project within the specified timeframe. Our main issue was with the lack of transparency with our payments to them. Having worked in this industry for many years, I am well aware of how home improvement companies operate when it comes to progress payments. What Kitchen Mart does like many other companies in this industry is require the first progress payment after the initial $1,000 deposit for a task called "Measure." Measure means the contractor comes out to the job site and writes down the exact measurements of the job to make sure the right amount of product is ordered and to pass on the information to the foreman. In our case, the first progress payment was over $5,000. Obviously, this progress payment is way more than the cost of taking measurements and the bulk of these funds is normally used to purchase material. We asked for some kind of proof of material purchase since they weren't going to deliver the material to the job site until they started work. They refused to provide any information, telling us it was not their standard operating procedure to do it. They could have blanked out the dollar amount if they were so secretive about the price but in any case, we had no choice in the matter. Secondly, we were given an allowance on the backsplash tiles of $1,000. The allowance is included in the purchase price so if it is more, then the difference is added on. If it is less, the difference is supposed to be refunded back to the customer. Once again, they provided nothing to show what was the actual amount so we have no way of knowing if we were under and by how much.I would have given them 5 stars because everything else regarding their work and attention to detail was spot on. I just wish they could have been a little more transparent with the funds.Photos show before, work in progress and finished product.“

“Jillian was recommended by our friend and contractor who works with her on a lot of projects. She was fantastic! She was quick to respond to my message to her. Quick to set an appointment and has a great showroom which is where I met her and then she came directly over to the house to measure. Within a couple hours I had a beautiful design in my inbox. I won't lie. I loved it so much I cried. The cabinets also came in a week or two early!When it is all installed I will put a before and after picture up. As a Realtor I would 100% recommend Jillian to my clients or friends who need a new kitchen!My only other comment is that delivery is rather expensive, but that's not her charge it's the moving company she uses and gas is so expensive I get it. So if you don't want to pay a high delivery fee (at least it would have been for our very small kitchen and only 6 miles from her store) then I would suggest figuring out your own way to get it to your house.I am very very happy and cannot wait for them to be installed!“

“Before embarking on our bathroom remodel project (replacing tub with a shower stall), I asked around and did some research. It was a busy time for contractors - some wouldn't even give us a bid. After a few calls, we found three who were willing to talk with us and give us a bid for our job.I must say that I was a bit skeptical initially of just how glowing the reviews were for Bradley Builders. Having been through remodels and heard the remodel horror stories of others, it seems that things rarely go that smoothly. But from the very beginning to the very end, it was truly a pleasure to work with the Bradley Builders team. During our initial consultation with JT, he made several recommendations about details of our project that told me he understood what we needed. He was honest about explaining the timeline in terms of how long things would likely take before they were able to start the project. Note - they don't do the design, but have suggestions on designers they have worked with, if you need.While their bid was higher than the other two we received, it was more detailed and we felt was a more honest representation of what we would end up paying for the project. The other two bids were more vague in areas, making it harder to know what things would cost when we actually got started on the project.They were communicative throughout the project. They provided an accurate timeline that had some buffers in it (i.e., they weren't scheduled to be there every day), so that if a particular individual wasn't available on the originally scheduled day, it didn't throw off the entire project schedule. KC, Lowell and all of the subcontractors on the job were good to work with. They were happy to answer our questions and did very good work. We had one small issue with the accent tile (caused by the manufacturer, not the installer). JT paid for an extra tile cleaner to come out and see if they could fix the issue, which they were able to do. We appreciate this extra step to help us resolve an issue that wasn't their fault. So as skeptical as I was in the beginning, now I understand why the reviews for Bradley Builders were so glowing... and have now written one of my own. :-)“
