Yaeger Services has been our go to for air conditioner maintenence for several years. When our 20+ old unit went down, John was quick to come out to provide us information and they returned a competitive bid. The job was completed promptly and professionally.
I contacted Yaeger to help diagnose why cold air was blowing out of our furnace vent. Jaime, our Yaeger technician, diagnosed the issue with the motor. He provided us options and a general estimate on how much it would cost to repair. Herb, the owner, contacted me, reviewed the options and provided an ETA for when the new motor will arrive. We provided our approval, and Jaime came back a week later to complete the repair. While he was completing the final test to verify that the new motor worked, he discovered the coils were dirty and needed cleaning. He provided a reasonable estimate to clean the coils.
