This company is awesome. My heater broke down and they're the ones that came up in my area. I called in and got a same day appointment, something I didn't get with a few I called before them. They gave me my diagnostic and Benny the technician gave me affordable options to go about my issue. Thankfully we had my heater up and running the same day. Elite HVAC is the way to go thank you guys
We contacted Elite HVAC after receiving a good referral from a neighbor. Benny came out and was honest with the diagnosis and solution. Their quoted prices were more competitive than the vendor that came in a day earlier. Benny fixed the air conditioning system (that required part replacement) within an hour and gave a honest root cause. He gave a competitive quote for replacing the entire HVAC system and that they would count in the repair price into system replacement cost within 12 months (this was better than the other company that quoted 30 days). I recommend Benny and Elite HVAC if you are looking for a honest vendor to repair/replace your HVAC system.
Excellent customer service. Benny was professional and knowledgeable and helped us get a higher end AC unit for a great price. The installers were on time, efficient, clean, respectful of us and our property. The new AC system is fantastic—gentle air flow, quiet, and should be much less expensive than our old system.
