“This office is the reason I even discovered that I had whiplash after a really bad fall years ago . With x rays they were able to diagnose me and then come up with a care plan for me which helped me so so much, including being able to pull me from work for a short time to heal . They were the key to my recovery, and I have continued to see them regularly since . They've both helped me through migraines , scoliosis related back pain, and since having my two kids , Dr. Tony has even done shoulder adjustments to help with that pain. The doctors are so kind, and the front staff is warm , friendly , and so helpful. I'm so thankful my family found them !“

“This rating is for Dr. Albert Chong only, not the office staff. Dr. Chong is a talented surgeon. He is extremely professional and demonstrates a high level of integrity. My daughter has played soccer since she was five and loves to play. She suffered an ACL and meniscus tear last year, at the beginning of her junior year of high school. For those who have torn their ACL or parents of children who have, you know how devastating the injury is for an athlete due to the recovery time and the uncertainty if the graft will hold once you/they begin to play post-surgery. Prior to surgery, Dr. Chong went over all options with us and continually asked if we had questions. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Chong went over the procedure and at least three times verified all of the documentation, and confirmed with us, regarding which knee required surgery. While prepping her operating room, it was discovered the surgical tray for this particular surgery was compromised and the surgery had to be postponed. Dr. Chong would not risk our daughter's health. He also knew my husband and I had taken the day off from work and our daughter was missing her first day of school that year and rearranged his afternoon schedule and that of the hospital's to get her surgery completed that day. Immediately after surgery, Dr. Chong personally came to the waiting room to go over her surgery with me and showed me photos from inside her knee of the before and after and explained what everything was. The day after surgery, she had a follow up visit where Dr. Chong provided us a set of the photos and again went over them (as they look like unidentified sea creatures without explanation). She had zero complications during or after surgery. She had VERY little scarring and the biggest of the scars (less than an inch long) is barely visible. Dr. Chong says he purposely puts that incision into the natural fold/dimple/wrinkle of the knee so it is not as noticeable. I don't know if all surgeons do that, but it is very thoughtful. Dr. Chong would not release her to play until she was ready, despite my daughter's insistence that she was fine and ready to play. Dr. Chong has very high standards and insists his patients meet certain criteria in order to be cleared for sports. The physical therapy reports (on strength, flexibility, etc.) must achieve specific numbers and the patient must be able to successfully perform certain exercises. (Please note I am not going to disclose whether we chose cadaver or own tissue or state the specifics of the recovery criteria here as every patient's injury, physiology and recovery is different). The day she was released to play (probably one of the happiest of her life), Dr. Chong did the most thorough examination. He spent a long time with us during that visit. He carefully examined her knee, reviewed her physical therapy reports and asked her to perform very specific physical exercises to evaluate strength, flexibility and balance. She has been playing now for 3 and 1/2 months and has had no issues, not even any pain. THANK YOU, Dr. Chong! You are an amazing surgeon. Thank you for helping to get our daughter back on the field for her senior year!“

“Making a new patient appointment was easy over the phone. With a single appointment Dr. Lin was able to fix my husbands neck and had him walking taller right in time for his birthday! Also, he told my husband that if he felt better after his first appointment he didn't need to come back. That really tells me Dr. Lin cares about results and not just return customers. A small family business you can trust!“

“Best adjustment I have ever had! Excellent staff. Immaculate office. Dr is not rushed and very thorough. I have read a few reviews saying he is pricey. Well all I can say is, today I learned the difference between $150 adjustment and a $45 adjustment. It’s funny how much money will put into our hair and nails, but not our SPINES! Definitely will be back.“
