Planet Fitness provides a variety of experiences for its members. Some reviews mention that staff can sometimes seem distracted and more focused on socializing than on gym duties. Despite this, the club's 24-hour access is appreciated by those with different work schedules. Many visitors have praised the cleanliness of the facility, noting that staff work to keep the space tidy, even during early morning hours. The friendly attitude of staff members has been highlighted, with some employees eager to help members with their needs. While there are occasional concerns about staff engagement and equipment variety, many members find the environment clean and the equipment accessible, making Planet Fitness a good choice for those looking to work out comfortably. The location is often less crowded during mid-day weekend hours, and the staff members are generally friendly and helpful. However, some reviews point out that the men's room can sometimes be less clean, with dirty urinals and trash, though this does not seem to affect most members' overall experience.
