I’ve been coming to Tye for a year now and I can’t say enough good things about her. Every workout is thoughtfully planned, never repetitive and pushes you in the best way. You can tell she genuinely cares about her “kids” and their progress and really takes the time to make sure everyone is using proper form AND having fun.
The small group sessions are the perfect balance of personalized attention and a motivating supportive environment.
If you’re looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, plays great music and occasionally dances, this is it.
