I have been to multiple different doctor’s offices and have always had bad experiences. John is great and is the first doctor to take my pain and experiences seriously. Although she is a very busy person, Hazel has always made time for me to communicate. She has and is continuing to help me even though my insurance isn’t always cooperative. The staff overall is very nice and friendly they definitely know how to make you feel welcomed.
Achieve has definetly improved their staff and patient experience. I had been looking for new provider and willing to drive to Sac to receive better care and friendlier staff! I gave it one last try before i transfered my files to new provider in Sacramento.
The new staff and new providers are a blessing for us patients that cannot afford to drive too far! Dr Willis and his staff were so plesant so kind. Hazel Selena and went abive and beyond
