I like medium-firm trigger point style massages (with focus on delts, forearms, and glutes). Jet finds knots/trigger points instantly and has a slow, yet firm way to ease tense muscles. “I scheduled a staycation/spa day for my sister and me two weeks ago. I’m so glad I did! My Healing Salt Stone massage with Stephanie was magical. She inquired about my trouble spots and then was a genius in how she treated them. Amazing! We also took advantage of the pool that looked over the ocean. It was lovely but, be aware, this location seems to attract families with small children. Our cabana was lovely, but it was not as zen as a true spa pool. The other thing to keep in mind is that the prices are similar to what you would pay in a high-end resort in Hawaii. That said, it was all worth it!“

“Dr. Sarah is incredible and a miracle worker. I developed Achilles tendinosis by summer 2023. I had been going to physical therapy but wasn’t progressing. I I started seeing Dr. Sarah early 2024 and she worked with me. Did probably 6 sessions of ART and I was back up and running by May 2024. Eventually I competed in my first Half and Full Ironman’s in the Fall of 2024 thanks in all the work Dr. Sarah did. Then in 2025 training for the Oceanside half-Ironman, I hurt my IT band really badly a month before the race. I really thought I might not be able to compete in the race. But I worked with Dr. Sarah for about 5 weeks and I was able to finish the Oceanside Half-Ironman. I can’t thank Dr. Sarah enough for how much she has helped me stay healthy enough to achieve my athletic goals. I will always recommend Dr. Sarah to any athlete dealing with any discomfort or pain so they can get back to their goals as quickly as possible. Thanks Dr. Sarah.“
