I was blessed enough to find Jamie at Waisted Body Bar for my post-op lymphatic massages! I saw her for 5 months, almost weekly, and those massages made a HUGE differences in my recovery from abdominal surgery. Not only is Jamie the sweetest, most caring person, but she has magic hands!!!
Seriously, I always felt so much better after seeing Jamie! She knows how to find the “hiding” fluid that is causing inflammation and bloat and uses her magic hands to work it out. You could literally SEE a reduction in the amount of swelling in my back (because fluid travels there) and stomach in my before and after pictures!
