Based on the reviews, Stretch-Abilitation in Oakland, CA is a welcome spot for recovery. The studio offers excellent deep tissue massages and a clean space. Clients found the massage therapist to be kind, accommodating, and communicative, providing the right level of pressure where needed while also being relaxing. The therapist went above and beyond to show movements for regular use to help with tension. The experience was comfortable, relaxing, and educational. Clients also loved the infrared sauna and felt like a brand new person after a massage and sauna. The membership tiers are supremely affordable, making it a great local business to support. Clients highly recommend this comfortable spot and will return for sure.
Really great deep tissue massage experience here! Salah was excellent at pinpointing the source of muscle tightness and pain and even taught me some techniques to relieve them at home. He was also attentive and communicated well throughout the massage to make sure he was addressing my needs. Thank you!
Salah and his studio is a welcome spot for recovery, and Excellent deep tissue massages! I look forward to be back to try out the other offerings, especially the infrared sauna. The membership tiers are supremely affordable. It’s a great sign when you feel lighter after walking out from a regenerative massage - highly recommend this comfortable spot in West Oakland!
Such a gem of a place! Salah was incredible- one of the best messages I’ve gotten! Great, clean space. booked a deep tissue massage that he was able to tailor to where I needed some extra attention. It was the right level of pressure where I needed and relaxing at the same time. He also went above and beyond to show me movements that I can do on my own regularly to help where I have tension. 100% will return!
