I recently had a two-hour session with Leyla. I left feeling so much relief and groundedness.
Throughout our session, Leyla shared more insight into why different body parts felt a specific way (tenderness, pain, relief.) Leyla gave me a deeper awareness of my own body/pain/muscle/joint sensations that I hadn't previously been able to describe.
Leyla created a space of relationality, rather than just transaction by checking in with me regularly and making small modifications based on my feedback. I felt heard, seen, and listened to.
Healing work is essential for so many during times like this, and Leyla has a gift. Thank you!
My 120 minute massage with Leyla was one of the best massages I've ever received. I came to our session with a lot of wrist pain from De Quervain's Tenosynovitis as well as aching hips and legs from working in a kitchen and being on my feet all day. The relief I felt from the work we did together was immediate and long-lasting. They also were very communicative before and during, checking in frequently to make sure I was comfortable and whether the pressure was good.
During our session, I had a lot of emotional pain and grief come up as my body released tension it's been holding for a long time. I ended up crying a little bit, which is pretty unusual for me. Leyla...read full review
Leyla is an amazing and wonderful bodywork therapist. I’ve been going to her for years for assisted stretching and most recently for sports massages. Being a former professional ballroom dancer and currently an avid hiker and gym enthusiast, I’ve unfortunately had many injuries along the way. Leyla is truly my top favorite go to when I have anything painful going on. She is intuitive and finds all the places that may be causing the issue and very successful at releasing and working out the areas of concern. From my feet to my shoulders and everywhere in between I feel so much better after our sessions. She is kind and lovely as well. Don’t hesitate - book an appointment...read full review
