About Ross Acupuncture

Ross Acupuncture, led by Jennifer E. Ross, LAc, specializes in treating orthopedic conditions, sports medicine, and pain management. The business offers acupuncture, dry needling, cupping, moxa, guasha, and Chinese herbs for chronic pain and acute injuries. In addition, Ross utilizes classical Chinese formulas and acupuncture for internal medicine, colds and flus, including COVID-19 and its sequelae. Other conditions addressed include women’s health, insomnia, anxiety, headaches, and digestive disorders. Jennifer’s goal is to assist patients in maintaining optimal health for the best possible quality of life. One patient experienced chronic pain in their neck and around their shoulder blade for years, seeking relief through physical therapy and chiropractic work. After trying dry needling, electro stimulation, and cupping with Jennifer, the patient reported being pain-free within a few sessions, returning once or twice a year for maintenance. Another patient suffered from headaches on one side of their head for over three years, visiting two other practitioners without success. Jennifer identified tension in the patient’s jaw, neck, and shoulder and, after seven sessions, achieved an 80-90% reduction in symptoms. The patient will continue to visit Ross Acupuncture less frequently to address residual tension. The patient praised Jennifer’s precise technique and expressed full trust in her care, even during uncomfortable procedures.

As an athlete and fitness/yoga professional for almost 30 years, acupuncture has always played a crucial role in my recovery, injury prevention, and treatment. I found Ross Acupuncture a little over a year ago, and it has been an absolute game-changer!! Jen is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped relieve countless nagging and acute issues. I have hypermobile ligaments/tendons, flat feet, and I put in between 10-20+ hours of training a week, so I put a TON of wear and tear (and stress!) on my body. I am also super prone to things like plantar fasciitis as a flat-footed runner and Jen has been a lifesaver on more than many occasions when things flare up. She has also been able to get to the root of some of the injuries I've had off and on for a long time. Full transparency: treatment may not be the most comfortable all the time. Sometimes you might not feel it, sometimes it may be rather intense -- especially if you're coming for injury/pain. But, if you're an athlete (or even just active) and want to return to training, it is beyond worth it when your issues are resolved within just a few treatments (or sometimes in one session!) She often does stim on the needles which is my absolute favorite part. I find that this method to yield the best results for me. Tbh, I can't say enough good things about this clinic or Jen! I recommend her to my students and friends when they have issues come up. Side note: I have also done the facial acupuncture with Renee and recommend that as well! That's definitely a much more relaxing experience . If you're looking for an acupuncturist who can really dive deep into whatever aches and pains brought you to inquire about acupuncture, you've found the right place!

I had been struggling with plantar fasciitis for years, having no luck getting help from podiatrists. I decided to try acupuncture, and after seeing Renee regularly I am finally pain free! I highly recommend her.

I’d had chronic pain in my neck and around my shoulder blade for years, and spent thousands of dollars on physical therapy and chiropractic work until I heard about dry needling. Dr Ross, while very skilled at massage therapy, really changed my life with dry needling, electro stimulation and cupping. I was pain free within a couple of sessions. I go back once or twice a year when bad habits (computer and phone use) catch up with me, kind of like a tune up. I absolutely recommend trying this therapy.
